The Mindset Club is an online platform that provides career guidance, productivity insights, newsletters, and business mentoring resources with the purpose of helping users:

- Boost job application outcomes
- Build personal and professional productivity habits
- Get access to career- and business-building tools through premium plans
2. Subscription Tiers and Benefits
Free Membership
Upon subscribing to our free plan, users will receive:
- Weekly email newsletters with curated job hunting tips and strategies
- Updates on job application progress (if applicable)
- Productivity tools and guidance to develop better habits
Alpha Club (₹145/month)
Premium career-focused subscription. Includes:
- Access to a certified career counsellor
- Mock interview assistance and resume feedback
- Full archive of past newsletters
- Bonus materials including Google Sheets and MS Excel templates for job tracking, budgeting, and planning
Sigma Club (₹245/month)
Premium entrepreneurial subscription. Includes:
- One-on-one access to a business mentor
- Monthly mentor session (1 per month, non-cumulative)
- Blueprint creation for business ideas
- Free business website setup*
- Domain name guidance*
*Services requiring domain purchase or additional hosting may involve third-party charges which are not covered by your subscription.
3. Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law.
- Upgrades to Alpha or Sigma Club must be requested by emailing: sales@themindset.club
- Payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, or other methods as offered at the time of purchase.
- If payment fails or is not completed, premium services may be suspended.
4. User Conduct
By using The Mindset Club, you agree not to:
- Share premium content or resources outside your account
- Misuse or misrepresent the mentorship services
- Use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any intellectual property rights of The Mindset Club or third parties
Violation of these guidelines may lead to termination of your access without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials including newsletters, templates, website content, and mentorship guides are the intellectual property of The Mindset Club. You may not copy, share, or redistribute this content without written permission.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime via your user dashboard or by contacting us at sales@themindset.club.
- Cancellation prevents renewal, but does not retroactively refund the current billing period.
- Refunds are provided only in cases of technical failure or service non-delivery, subject to review.
7. Disclaimer of Guarantees
While The Mindset Club provides guidance, tools, and mentorship designed to increase your career or business success, we do not guarantee job placements, business profits, or specific outcomes.
8. Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue features, offerings, or subscription tiers at any time, with or without notice. Subscribers will be notified of major changes that may affect their service.
