At The Mindset Club, we are committed to delivering high-value content and mentorship services to help you succeed in your career or entrepreneurial journey. However, if you are not satisfied with your subscription and wish to request a refund, please carefully read our refund policy below.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are available only under the following conditions:
- You must fill out the official Unsubscribe & Refund Request Form located on our Newsletter page.
- The form must be submitted before the last day of the current month in order to be processed in the next refund cycle.
- Refunds are only applicable for the most recent billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for earlier months or cumulative charges.
Refund Schedule
- All approved refunds will be processed on the 1st day of each month.
- Once processed, please allow up to 7 working days for the amount to be credited in your bank or UPI account.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- If you fail to submit the refund request form through the correct channel.
- If your request is made after the refund deadline for that billing cycle.
- If services (e.g., mentor sessions, website setup, or templates) have already been delivered or redeemed.
- If you’re seeking a refund for promotional or discounted subscriptions.
Cancellation vs Refund
- Cancelling your subscription will prevent further billing but does not automatically trigger a refund.
- You must explicitly request a refund by filling out the form linked in the newsletter page.
